About the Development

"Little Ilford" is a development situated just west of, and within walking distance of, the suburban hub of Ilford.

Ilford offers a main line rail link to the City of London (15 minutes) and a major shopping centre.  There is also an array of restaurants and entertainment facilities within the locality.

The development provides 29 one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom apartments spread over three individual sites.  Each site has been designed to integrate fully with the existing streetscape and offers a contemporary living arrangement.
